Discover your
calling and purpose.

You may be in your 20's seeking career direction. Or possibly in your 30's or 40's, experiencing career dissatisfaction and wanting to make a change. It's never too late or too early to start journeying with a therapist that can help guide you as you make these big life decisions. The stress and anxiety of your job may be affecting your sleep, appetite, relationships, and overall quality of life and well-being. It's worth investing your time to pause and listen to the desires and purpose your soul is longing for. It's present and always speaking. It just has to be still and quiet enough for you to hear.

"The soul speaks its truth only under quiet,
inviting, and trustworthy conditions."
~ Parker J. Palmer

Before I began my career as a therapist, I worked as a Registered Nurse for about five years. As much as I felt fulfilled in what I did, I began to realize it wasn’t aligning with my purpose and who I was at my core. Leaving this stable job and taking the leap onto a new career was one of the most terrifying decisions I made. But the BEST one. There’s a way where things start to fall into place when you bravely go for something that just sits well with your soul. It’s not an easy journey, but I can tell you from experience that it was well worth it.
